I've been working with Peretz for about a year and it's been a great experience. He's a real pro and a pleasure to work with. He's terrific about providing exercises that  help and not exacerbate any ailment I happen to be suffering from. The focus is on functionality, so we do a lot of hip opening exercises that keep this older body working and moving well. If you're looking for a fresh start with a great personal trainer, Peretz is your guy.

FORM is a new studio where I have thoroughly enjoyed working out. Due to the large space at FORM my personal training sessions have included a number of exercises that I couldn't perform at my old studio. The space is immaculate, the equipment is top of the line and facilitates our creativity for new exercises. Overall the atmosphere is so much fun! The studio is also nestled in the quiet Bay Village neighborhood which is conveniently located in a prime city location. The owner is also so down-to-earth and obviously puts so much heart into this studio and into his clients.

Peretz is not only an incredible personal trainer, he is also a great person all around. Being a trainer myself, I was always so impressed by Peretz's unique and challenging workouts. As a D1 college track runner, I was so set in my ways in how to challenge myself running and how to properly stretch. When I decided to transition from strictly cardio to cardio mixed with strength, I was at a complete loss and struggled deadlifting (amongst other exercises) due to my severely tight hips. Without hesitation, Peretz knew the exact stretches and exercises to revive my hip mobility and now I'm a deadliftin' fool. I was always someone who was super self conscious when it came to strength training, worrying that I was going to injure myself because my form wasn't proper. After a few short months with Peretz, my form was perfected and I was able to focus on other things (like adding weight and reps) without worrying about poor-form induced injuries. 

I can't sing Peretz' praises enough and how much I enjoyed him on both a personal and professional level. You will love him for his fun and creative sessions and hate him for how sore you are the next day. This love/hate relationship with Peretz is something you definitely don't want to miss out on. Best trainer in Boston hands down.

Plus, he has an adorable baby girl and fluffy cat. Could he get any cooler?

But seriously, Peretz is incredible and if you are considering personal training, this is your go to guy.
