Form is a personal training studio that focuses on joint-friendly exercise to help people live better lives.
We use the DVRT (Dynamic Variable Resistant Training) system here at Form to help progress clients as they get stronger.
The system includes kettlebells, ultimate sandbags, a sled, suspension trainer (TRX), lever bells, bands, and dumbbells.
We are one of the few fitness spaces in the Boston area to have a Keiser Functional Trainer cable machine.
Half of the studio is turf which allows for a more functional space and allows our clients to move more freely.
We also have conditioning equipment such as the ski-erg, and an interval training bike.

Meet Peretz
My passion is helping people feel better with nutrition, and exercise coaching. I believe the best way based on my 15+ years of experience is to help people make small changes over a long period of time which sets people up for long term success. I promote healthy life choices and healthy ways of thinking so you can attain your goals in a realistic manner. My goal to help people is people get stronger, lose weight, move better, and feel better.
